Return Policy

Please note that customized products are not subject to the standard 14-day return policy for distance sales. Since the product is personalized according to your order, it cannot be resold, and thus cannot be returned.

If your mug is damaged during delivery — which is very rare, as we pack all items with great care — don’t worry! Just contact us at info@younameit.fi and send a photo of the damaged item. We’ll ship you a replacement right away.

Complaints

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and that our product quality meets our standards. Please note that each product is customized individually by hand, which may result in slight variations. Laser engraving may sometimes have minor unevenness not visible in preview images. The engraving’s darkness may also vary when working with natural materials like wood.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@younameit.fi. We will address the issue promptly.

Placing Orders

We primarily accept orders through our online store. If you encounter any problems when placing your order, please contact us. Orders from customers under the age of 18 must be placed by a guardian using the guardian’s information.

Text and Design of Products

Customizations are made to closely match the product images. You Name It Oy reserves the right to make small adjustments. Please also note that font characters are unique. Our engraving images are simulated; the actual engraving may appear slightly fainter. Materials can also cause slight variation – for example, wood is a natural material and typically has minor variations between products.
